All invoices shall be paid 30 days from the invoice date (unless a different term has been agreed upon). Terms-Past due amounts are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum). In the event of default, the purchaser shall be responsible for reasonable attorney's fees and all other collection costs.
Claims arising from invoices must be made within five (5) working days of delivery.
